Panormaic view of Croatia from the ship
These boats were loaded and unloaded like ferrys
view of the city
We walked to an area where they had history to see - along the way
we passed the local vegetable markets and butcher shop(s) it was really cool.
Justin and Quinn at the bottom of the stairs awaiting Keith and I to enter the city.
Buildings within the Old City
Planning where to go next.
Quinn going "down under"
This sign was an actual sign outside a night club
Cute name for a tire- however it really was a shoe shop
The local fish mareket
the fish was definately fresh- there was barely the smell of fish.
Burger King in Croatia
Leaving the city- a beautiful view
Quinn and his Pipi Pop
Justin and Quinn's fish filled lunch (I think it was sardines?, squid, octopus, and I don't know what else. )
Keith and I shared home made gnocchi with marinara
"what? it was good"
More my speed, olives and cheese.
Justin's fish creation - Gross!
Keith looking at the water
Yup- we found the pigeons in Croatia to feed. Keith tried to feed them in
Greece but we were told it was illegal and the "police would come".
They all flocked to him - he brought bread from lunch.
Happy Keith with Happy Pigeons.
Just a pretty view - I don't know the people in the picture.
Yup still feeding the birds!
Back at the port checking out the bumpers where the boats dock.
Our ship.
Lunch at the airport.
Keith enjoying the food on the plane. NOT!
I didn't think it was too bad.
The trip was long but fun - we came back home to get a call from Austin that he won first place at the Yugioh tournament for his birthday. He won $200 cash and some other prizes. Here's the link to the youtube video that the company created about his win.
